Bruce Springsteen commended on 60th birthday

Fender Telecaster player Bruce Springsteen has been praised for his longevity following his 60th birthday.
The veteran musician, who has notched up hits including Born in the USA, Cover Me and Dancing in the Dark, reached the landmark age on Wednesday.
According to the New York Daily News, Springsteen has done an "extraordinary job of keeping his music vital and fresh" over the years.
Springsteen, who headlined the Glastonbury Festival in the UK this year, also drew praise from Entertainment Weekly, which said the experience of seeing him live "never gets old".
The publication thanked him for continuing to "rock out on stage", delivering lots of classic albums and speaking out for his principles.
Entertainment Weekly added that Springsteen is not showing any signs of slowing down in the near future.
Indeed, he is currently undergoing an extensive tour of the US, calling at venues including Madison Square Gardens in New York and the Verizon Center in Washington DC.
