Bonehead 'sad' about Oasis split
Posted on 9 Nov 2009 16:00 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Oasis's former electric guitar player has expressed his sadness about the demise of the band.
Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs spent eight years in the Manchester group, playing on hit albums such as Definitely Maybe and (What's the Story) Morning Glory before quitting in 1999.
Oasis continued to enjoy success during the following decade, but split when guitarist Noel Gallagher decided to quit during the summer after falling out with his brother Liam.
Speaking to the Birmingham Mail, Bonehead admitted he is sad that the band ended this way.
"I wish they could have gone out with a bow," he commented.
Bonehead's electric guitar playing can be heard on many of the band's biggest hits, including Don't Look Back In Anger, Roll With It and Some Might Say.
He is now performing full-time in The Vortex after guesting with the band on several occasions.
"I'm the old man of the band - the others are in their early 30s," he joked.
