Blondie announce UK and Ireland tour
The iconic band will perform at a number of forest gigs kicking off the jaunt at Nottingham Sherwood Pines Forest on June 14th, and they will also be appearing at the Isle of Wight Festival on June 16th.
Debbie Harry and co will travel the length and breadth of the two nations including Liverpool, Isle of Man, Gloucestershire, Kent, Dublin, Glasgow and Newcastle, before ending with two special shows at London Roundhouse (July 7th) and London Kew Gardens (July 9th).
Speaking to NME about the upcoming dates, Harry said: "England will always have a special place in our hearts – we're all so excited about the forthcoming tour of the UK."
Blondie released their last album, Panic of Girls, in 2011, and recently completed a tour of the US and Australia in the latter months of 2012.
Tickets for the forthcoming UK and Ireland shows are currently on sale with prices starting from £35.
