Posted on 2 Feb 2010 21:30 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Travis Barker, the man behind the drum kit in rock band Blink 182, has revealed the group will be heading over to Europe for a series of festival dates this August.
Blink 182 have already been confirmed for two German festivals in that period but Barker told MTV News that the group will be making appearances across the continent in the summer.
"We go to Europe in August for all the festivals... we do, like, six weeks out there, and then our album will come out probably early next year," he stated.
The drummer's announcement will add to existing rumours that Blink 182 will be on the bill at the Reading and Leeds festivals this year, reports NME.
Blink 182 last played at Reading and Leeds back in 2003.
According to efestivals.co.uk, other bands who may be appearing at the two sites in 2010 include Green Day, My Chemical Romance and Biffy Clyro.
