Beyonce's publicist calls fake pregnancy rumours stupid
There is a growing conspiracy theory that the multi-award winning singer has faked her entire pregnancy in a bid to sell more records and secure lucrative contracts.
After another rumour began circulating she was wearing an "obvious prosthetic bump" under her red dress when she gave an interview with Australian show Sunday Night, the singer decided enough was enough.
Her publicist, Yvette Noel-Schure, told ABC News that wild speculation about her "fake" pregnancy was "stupid, ridiculous and false".
The rumours have taken on a life of their own, especially when it was revealed that sales of her fourth studio album 4 shot up dramatically after she made public the announcement she was expecting her first child.
It's been a tough week for the global superstar. Teresa De Keersmaeker, a renowned choreographer from Belgium has accused the singer and her team of lifting dance moves and visual concepts for use in her new video Countdown.
Speaking to Studio Brussel, Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker said: "I'm not mad, but this is plagiarism."
