Behringer have finally let slip the name of their new 12 voice polysynth. Behringer have decided to adopt the title of DeepMind 12, an apt name for a synth that is capable of producing powerful ambient sounds through 12 unique voicings. The DeepMind 12 is not only powered by the renowned industry staple Klark Teknik but also TC Electronic. The teasers dropped by Behringer so far indicate that the DeepMind 12 will feature a tablet that will allow for advanced effects editing functionality, allowing the user to manufacture their own unique sound. Whilst official specifications are still yet to be announced, the teaser videos do indicate that the DeepMind 12 will definitely offer: 12 analog voices, full size keyboard, 2Dco's per voice, built in effects section and an iPad patch editor. It comes with a vast array of different effects including reverbs, reverse phasers and much more. The effects are also able to be routed different ways giving the player ultimate versatility. Details on pricing are still yet to be disclosed by Behringer upon the Deep Mind 12.
