Ash and British Sea Power added to Reading and Leeds line-up
Posted on 15 Jun 2010 18:15 to category : Band / Celebrity News

Ash and British Sea Power are among the names that have been confirmed for the Festival Republic Stage at the Reading and Leeds festivals.
The electric guitar bands are two of the more established groups on the line-up for the tent, which is the traditional location for up-and-coming indie acts to make their first appearance at the festival.
In the past, Arctic Monkeys, Coldplay and Muse have all made their Reading and Leeds debuts at the stage, while more recent acts to have appeared there before going on to greater things include Foals, Glasvegas and Florence and the Machine.
Artists who have been booked to appear this year include hotly-tipped artists such as Darwin Deez, Funeral Party and Caribou.
The Main Stage at the event this year is to be headlined by indie stars Arcade Fire, American pop-punk band Blink 182 and electric guitar legends Guns N' Roses.
