Arturia MicroBrute Unveiled
The 100% analog semi modular synth is based on Arturia's MiniBrute, but is smaller, with a new sub-oscillator and a patchable mod matrix.
Sculpt your sound live and inspire your creativity. The new Overtone sub oscillator is much more than a typical sub. Go further by having harmonic control which increases the upper overtones until the pitch finally reaches a full 5th above the root oscillator.
The built-in step sequencer allows you to make quick and creative patterns. There are 8 sequences that can be up to 64 steps each.
"I really love the sound of the original, and it's got that character and can be even wilder." says Portishead's Adrian Utley. "You can get all kinds of crazy and musical interactions going on with other analog gear and drum machines. Combine the two together and you're rocking."
The MicroBrute can be one of the most aggressive-sounding analog synths around, thanks to the unique Brute Factor knob. The controllable circuit gives you saturated low end and havoc-wreaking high levels.
