Alex Turner's Fender Stratocaster guitar sold for £4,600

The Fender Stratocasterguitar used by Alex Turner in the Arctic Monkeys' I Bet You Look Good on the Dancefloor video has raised £4,600 for charity.
It was auctioned off on eBay to help Oxfam raise desperately-needed funds for the victims of the recent earthquake in Haiti.
Along with the famous Fender Stratocasterguitar, a host of other items were donated by musicians and artists to the appeal.
Among those up for sale was the Viva La Vida tour jacket worn by Chris Martin on Coldplay's latest tour, as well as an exclusive Damien Hirst print, reports Reuters.
On Saturday (January 30th 2010), Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl added a signed guitar to the pile of items up for grabs.
An Oxfam spokesman told BBC News that the charity was delighted with the generosity of the musicians who had donated musical instruments and rare memorabilia.
"Some of those things are pretty jaw-droppingly unique," it was said.
