Adele produced by Rick Rubin

Adele is being produced by Rick Rubin on her second album.
The 'Chasing Pavements' singer is working with the New York based record producer - famous for working with a variety of artists, including heavy metal groups Slayer, Metallica and Slipknot, rap bands Public Enemy, Jay-Z and Beastie Boys, and country singer Johnny Cash.
Although neither party has confirmed they are working together, British producer Paul Epworth let the news slip as he talked about writing tracks with Adele for the album.
He said: "It's been an exciting experience working with someone like her and just writing. But just writing, not production. Rick Rubin is going to be producing her next record".
Adele has previously talked about how she wants to progress and adapt her sound for her second album, but doesn't want to alienate her current fans.
She said last October: "I'm a bit scared. Obviously there are new avenues that I want to go down with the sound and I don't want to leave behind the fans who might not like the new sound I am going for, so I'm a bit wary of that.
"I'm writing it slowly but surely. I have a producer but I don't want anyone to know who it is until the record is done, in case it flops."
Adele's debut album, '19', was a number one album in the UK and she also won a Grammy award for Best New Artist last year.
