Adele begins vocal training
As part of her vocal training, the star of the hit album 21, will also be giving up booze over the holiday season.
She recently underwent surgery to finally put an end to bleeding from a benign polyp.
This has hampered her for most of the year and prevented fans from hearing her voice live.
According to a source close to the singer-songwriter, Adele "is in a great place at the moment... She recently started some basic vocal training [but] she's taking it slowly".
Speaking to UsMagazine the source went on to say that Adele was looking to keep a low profile in the early part of the year, which means cutting herself off from the world.
"No concerts, TV shows, magazine interviews, music or anything like that," the source said.
"As she puts it, she wants to just take it easy and enjoy a well deserved break, with no pressure to record or perform."
