Just a note to confirm safe receipt of the Starter drum kit and to advise construction is complete and it is a superb outfit for the money.

I play drums in a band ( Gigging kit is a Vintage 1970's Rogers USA Import ) and as the Rogers kit is too powerful for home use !! was looking for a kit that was inexpensive, suitable for home use and enables practice on a full size kit . This Kit fulfills all that criteria superbly.

Hi all, I gigged with the Belcat 20r for the first time tonight and boy it blew them away. 75 songs from Lyin eyes to Caroline and she never missed a beat. Absolutely awesome. I thought about moving away from a Strat after trying many different amps, but the Belcat brought the Strat alive. Alright now was just, well I'll leave it at that. Only a quickie.......You probably get people writing quick enough if they're not happy so just thought I'd tell you what a good product the powered 15" 330w speakers are!!!!!!!! I bought some several months ago and have been more than happy with them and have played some pretty big venues too. The comment I get most is that they are as crystal clear at the back of the gig as at the front and. although loud, are not offensive. I play keyboards and sing through a Behringer 3000 keyboard amp and then put all the sound through to the the two 15's.......excellent.

I wanted to send you a note to let you know how impressed I have been with your service.

I purchased a Behringer EPA900 at the beginning of the year. Unfortunately, during it's first proper use it developed a fault. The young lady with whom I spoke last week was very helpful and organised a courier to collect the item the same day (although we had to rearrange this but only for the day after; which was again done very easily).

On calling about the progress, at the end of last week I was advised that replacement system was on route and would arrive this week. It arrived yesterday.

Whilst it is a nuisance when anything goes wrong, you have made the process very easy and as painless as possible. In addition your staff are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.

I cannot praise this company enough, I bought a item from their site, after trying it out I found it didn't suit my style of playing, so I sent it back and was given a full refund, no sales spiel, no passing the buck, just an honest assessment that it just wasn't for me.

I just received my Black Knight 7 string...... Well, I've had a few guitars, with my main guitar now being a PRS custom 22. But this guitar is phenomenal! The build quality is more or less as good as anything I've seen and the sound! Not even considering that it has an extra string, it's great!!!! It actually makes my PRS sound scratchy. I think you should make a six string version because not everyone wants the extra string, which I love because I tend to play little bass sequences with hammer on's and pull offs etc. then climb back up and let rip. I've only been playing it for a few hours but ....Wow! Lets face it, your Black Knight series has the potential to make people finally ask, 'Why did I pay so much for a plank of wood with some pick ups screwed to it?'

What can I say! I'm gonna sell my other guitars now and buy another one as a spare...goodbye six string!

Yesterday I set off from Rochdale on a 130 mile round trip as I wanted to buy a value-for-money-bass amp and I quite fancied the White Horse BP80 . I thought that if I took the trouble to drive over, I would be able to test the amp and also feel how heavy it was as I could not quite imagine what 18 kg felt like.

On entering the showroom I was taken by the appearance and cleanliness of it and also at the enormous amount of guitars and other musical instruments on display. I spoke to a female member of staff who made me a coffee and took me over to where the amp was. She sorted out a guitar for me to plug in and then went and brought me a Behringer 45w to test as well. I was left to test out the equipment and felt totally at ease - no high pressure selling just helpfulness from the girl.

Having chosen the BP80, I just had a browse round the entrance area until a polite young man asked me if I needed any help. I told him that I had made my selection and he opened an account for me, collected a boxed BP8 from the warehouse and carried it to the car for me. I reckon I was in your showroom for about an hour and a half and thoroughly enjoyed myself having done what I set out to do.

I would just like to pass on my thanks to the people who looked after me and congratulate you on a very professional operation.

Interestingly I was replacing a pair of Sennheisers, which cost about the same price, 30 yrs ago, and are still working, despite being run over by a filing cabinet, without even a crackle! And great service, a customer service desk that actually answer the phone after a couple of rings as opposed to the usual web site operation who just dont want to know you once they have your money.
