I ordered a bass guitar for my daughter last Wednesday (unlucky for some the 13th!!) and it was delivered on the Friday 15th June, just 2 days later. I was impressed by the service, however on opening package, the jack lead was missing, and I reported this to you. Today, 20th June, the jack lead was delivered. I am very impressed by this service (although one would have to reluctantly consider thanking Royal Mail for amazingly getting it here, but that is another story). I was invited to leave feedback on Trustpilot, but I am very reluctant to have to logon to this site and leave my details. Hi, I ordered a Zoom H2n sound recorder, accessory kit and extended warranty from you last Sunday, and it's been a great experience. The item was at a fantastic price, the 5 year warranty is unbeatable and I received it much earlier than I'd have imagined. Parcelforce provided a great courier service that allowed me to pick up the package the same day from my local Post Office after work. I'm very impressed indeed with your service and from my experience I would recommend Gear4Music without hesitation. The only downside is that I am unable to leave a review on the Trustpilot website because they do not allow you to do so unless you use Facebook, which seems to be a rather sad limitation. Thanks.

Having telephoned you at around 4:30pm on Friday, I was worried that I might not be able to repair my guitar in time for a gig on Sunday morning. Good Morning Gear4music, Again a brilliant service from you guys. April 2 i received a mail from you saying my order was ready for dispatch. This morning at 10.20 (local time) i was called by the DPD depot in Belgium to say my order was in a van and was just leaving. At 11.35 the driver was outside my front door (in Holland) with perfectly packaged goods. My order was delivered on the day requested and the boxes and goods are undamaged. Many great thanks for the consistent and outstanding service over the last couple of years! I look forward to making further orders.

The delivery was fast beyond belief and we loved having the choice to pick the delivery date (particularly useful if you're buying a piano as a surprise Christmas present!) Even the slight hiccup we had with the tenor horn that arrived (not your fault) was dealt with promptly and a replacement was with us within two days. I have just bought this amp (nearly new) on ebay and I have to say well done to you guys for producing a superb amp...I run this amp through an ABY pedal along with a Marshall Masterlead 2 50 watt combo and the resultant sound is exactly what I have been looking for. There appears to be an automatic gating device which isn't mentioned in the spec, but again this is really useful. So, thanks for supplying good product at affordable prices. I'll be back for a bass amp next.
