Hoyer 801 Series

The 801 series has been manufactured for many years and continues to be one of the most popular models of the Geyer Style Hoyer horn. Through tried and tested engineering, the 801A-1-0 is suitable for advancing beginners as well as an ideal horn for professionals.

Yellow Brass Bell and Gold Brass Leadpipe

Yellow Brass is commonly used as the base metal for brass instruments. A standard mix of 70% copper and 30% zinc helps to provide a sound that is focused with a solid core, which can be produced with little resistance. The Gold Brass lead pipe contains a higher percentage of copper, which adds an element of warmth and tonal depth, resulting in a rich and dark sound.

Lightweight Rucksack Case

The Hans Hoyer Lightweight Rucksack Case is ideal for travelling players. Whether you're going to rehearsal, gigs or concerts, this case will protect your double french horn from scratches and knocks, keeping your instrument looking, feeling, and sounding like new for longer.

Everything you need

The Hans Hoyer 801A-1-0 comes with everything you need to get playing straight from the box, including a mouthpiece, as well as a lightweight rucksack case, suitable for travelling musicians.
