The Archer Custom is a fine violin, individually hand crafted by the master craftsman from select European tonewoods, benefiting from the master craftsman's extensive knowledge and experience, and aspects of the best traditions of Italian, French, German and Chinese violin construction.
The belly of the violin is two piece select, aged Swiss pine with a fine, even grain, while the back is two piece select aged German maple with a strong figure and a light flame, and matching ribs and scroll.
Fully carved inlaid purflings feature on the belly and back and a lovely slightly antiqued orange brown hand varnished finish make this violin a visual as well as an aural delight.
The Archer Custom has a beautifully sweet, strong and finessed tone with concert hall scale projection, a huge dynamic range, and massive reserves of fire and bite. It is a magnificent instrument that will by turns please, reward and inspire the most accomplished of players.
Ebony fingerboard and fittings complete the top of the line specification for this fine, inspiring instrument.
Supplied set up and ready to play in a complete outfit, with an excellent quality bow of select permanbuco and a fibreglass hard shell case.
