This unique guitar amp soon attracted a crowd (including one Carlos Santana) thanks to its ability 'to really boogie' and so, the first Mesa Boogie was born. The buzz about Mesa Boogie Amps soon began spreading, thanks to the patronage of Carlos Santana as well as The Grateful Dead and the Rolling Stones.
