Z.Vex Channel 2 Boost and Buffer Micro Pedal

Details
The Z.Vex Channel Two Pedal is an extremely small Boost pedal with a lot of gusto. Whack the volume down and turn the boost up and you've got a nice drive/distortion unit or keep both controls down low and you've got a little buffer unit to fill out your tone. Not to mention that keeping both controls a little lower leaves you with a cool sounding little buffer unit to add a subtle little something extra to your tone.

Channel 2 Boost and Buffer Micro Pedal has two knobs, one controlling Master Volume and the other controlling Gain, which sweeps from unity to +24dB. The Gain control adjusts both the gain and DC bias on the MOSFET transistor at the same time, causing a rushing noise when adjusted. This is normal.

At low gains, your Channel 2 has an input impedance of 5 Million ohms, giving your guitar a very sparkly texture when plugging directly in, with no other pedals or tuner between. This will clear up even the longest, dullest-sounding guitar cord. With the Master turned up, the Channel 2 is exactly the same as the famous Super Hard-On pedal! With the Master Volume turned down, the Gain can be used to create clear, natural and strong sounding distortion.

Features:

  • Sparkly Texture at Low Gain
  • Extremely Compact Pedal
  • Boost/Buffer Effect
  • No Battery
  • Runs on a 9VDC Power Supply

Please note- No battery included. Centre negative, 9VDC power supply.
