Designed for maximum player comfort, the Elan's refined, ergonomic outline features a carved top with gentle upper bout scooping to accommodate the player's forearm exactly where it needs to be, matched by a body shaped ribcage contouring for optimum 'player fit'.
Blue Label Elan Supers offer temptingly creative pickup layouts. On the 50 HBP option, between the stalwart blues rock pickup layout of twin crunching humbuckers - here, tonally authentic PAF style Wilkinson units which can be 'rolled back' to single coils for even greater versatility - the centre-mounted Wilkinson P90 pickup is equally a true tonal masterpiece, coupling a fat, warm output with top-end bite, especially when pushing an overdriven valve amp.
