The easiest way to protect your bass guitar is with a bass guitar bag or case. Bass guitars take a lot of abuse, especially if you play live shows and tours. At Gear4music.com there are two types of bass guitar cases available. Padded cases are favorable because they give a good amount of protection, are light to carry and often have extra pockets and shoulder straps for easy transport. Padded cases however do not protect against temperature changes. Hard cases in contrast provide excellent protection against temperature, humidity and physical damage and are essential for long journeys or plane flights. Compared to other models of storing, hard cases are by far the most secure and if it is secured properly in a hard case almost nothing can happen to it. |
